What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards & Local InterBank Transfer. Sometimes international credit cards are not accepted by the system.
How do i know if my order was received?
After you place an order, you will receive an email from us with your order number and order details. This Order Confirmation email will contain the order number and order details. Once your order has been fullfilled, packed and delivered out by our store, you will then receive an Order Shipped email which contains the delivery details and tracking information.
Can i get refund?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. You may return your merchandise within 7 days in original condition only If you have received incorrect or damaged with your purchase. All online purchase cannot be return/exchange due to hygienic reasons, underwear, innerwear, are not returnable. Celessa Soft Clothing reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
