Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of the Anden Hud (TW).
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. In particular, please note that no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.
Free shipping will be provided to those who make a purchase with RM 125 or above in a single transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse an order for a legitimate reason, for example, in the following circumstances:
• the product ordered is unavailable from stock
• we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment
• an error is identified within the product information, including price or promotion; and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
In any of these cases, we shall inform you accordingly and if payment of the order has already been made, we shall reimburse you without delay and in any event within no more than 30 days.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you have paid on your credit or debit card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.
If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not shipped will be refunded to the original method of payment.
All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Celessa Soft Clothing.
Celessa Soft Clothing has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Celessa Soft Clothing shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
